Fred CLAYTON, Vocals, Bass and Composition, born in Alabama USA in 1958.
He moved to Northampton, Massachussetts at an early age to study with Avery SHARP and Bill LEE.
He subsequently recorded with various artists including Marion BROWN, Archie SHEPP, Ray COPELAND and MC SOLAAR, as well as playing an active part in the Jazz scene in Boston and New York. In 1992 he moved to Paris where he worked with various artists such, Luther ALLISON, Bernard ALLISON, Karim Albert KOOK and Lucky PETERSON to name but a few.
With the drummer, Chris DAILEY, he formed the core of what is now the IRC (International Rythm Connexion) , writing his own material drawing on the various sources of his musical experience, Gospel, Blues, Jazz, Funk and Rap.

Chris DAILEY, Drums was born in Baltimore USA in 1967. At the age of ten, he moved to Massachussetts to study with the internationally famed drummer Steve McCRAVEN. He then came to Paris with Fred CLAYTON where he has performed with some of the most talented musicians in the Jazz and Blues. Among those are : Marion BROWN, Mal WALDRON, Ricky FORD, Joe Lee WILSON, Kirk LIGHTSEY, Siegfried KESSLER, Fred HOPKINS, Eddie DAVIS, Joe Guitar HUGHS, Big Joe TURNER, Wayne DOCKERY, Bobby FEW, Carmen LUNDY, Sunny MURRAY and of course, Steve McCRAVEN. Gilles FEGEANT, Guitar and slide, was born in Paris in 1968.
He taught himself guitar from an early age, influenced by a wide variety of artists, including BB KING, Jimi HENDRIX, Eric BURDON, Albert KING, and Eric CLAPTON among others. He has played extensively with Jody SWIFT (singer, violinist and composer of the group Swamp Devil) and Roy ROGERS. He recorded with Patrick RONDAD and Pascal MULOT (of the French rock group : J'ARRIVE) , with the singer Laurent RENARD, with Philippe "Tonton" Floris (Paul PERSONNE's drummer) , for Denis BEKAERD, and with Archie SHEPP for an original filmscore.

Gulliver ALLWOOD, Saxophones, was born in London in 1972. At the age of five, he started the violin, then changed to viola, playing in classical orchestras and chamber ensembles. At the age of fifteen, he took up the alto saxophone, shortly afterwards adding tenor and baritone. He played extensively on the London Jazz and Funk circuit, before moving to Paris in 1993, where he met Fred CLAYTON.
